I am pleased to inform you that Mr. Oley, Westbury Pharmacy, has agreed to set up a direct bill account for workers’ compensation prescriptions effective tomorrow, January 7, 2004. I have guaranteed payment to Mr. Oley of the initial prescription regardless of the compensability determination. Mr. Oley may limit the prescription to a five-day supply. This will give us time to receive the reports and make a determination on the claim. As always, prompt reporting is greatly appreciated. This allows us to give your employees better customer service.
